Location - EC-Grade 8 Campus - 420 Godshall Rd., Souderton, PA 18964
Cooking Around the World - Ms. Casey Harper, Dock Alum ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $135 - Calling all cooks! This summer camp will transport you to kitchens all over the world! Campers will learn how to cook various dishes from all areas of the world. Each day will focus on a different country and its diverse culture. Students will also create a cookbook of their own with the fun recipes they will learn. A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.
Animals in Books - Ms. Jessie Hophan, Teacher MCIU, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - We will be doing many crafts and activities about animals from popular books: pigeons, piggies, Cat in the Hat, giraffes, ducks and so much more. Kids will use their imaginations to discover new characters and create their own masterpieces.
Crafting in the Sunshine - Mr. Matthew Speck, Dock Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - During this week campers will be creating several different types of crafts to promote happiness and kindness throughout the community. Students will be working hands-on with yarn, paint, glue, and other materials. Let’s spread sunshine to those around you!!!

Once Upon a Time - Mrs. Rachael Grim, Dock Faculty, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - Let's journey to a faraway place in a faraway land. Join us in exploring some of our favorite adventures, heroes, fairytales, and mystical stories. We will explore enchanted themes such as generosity, integrity, honesty, courage, and more. We will also spend some time each day reading, writing, and exploring through art, drama, and music. Looking forward to seeing where your creativity, inspiration, and innovative imagination will take us!
Art of the Book - Mrs. Lauren Speck, Dock Staff, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - Unleash your inner author in “Art of the Book”! If you love to read, you’ll have a blast creating your own children’s picture books. Campers will design each page and “publish” them in a hardcover book (the perfect souvenir). We will use a variety of art forms to illustrate our stories, including digital media, watercolor, stencil, and more. On the last day, we will throw a book party to celebrate our work!
Light and Shape: Drawing the World Around You - Ms. Mia Hershberger, Dock Alum, ages 8-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - In this camp, built for kids who are seriously interested in art, we’ll learn the foundations of drawing and use them to explore the world around us. We’ll spend time drawing both inside and outdoors, using the skills we learn to both recreate what we see and create from our imaginations.
CAL Sports Coed Basketball CAL Sports Coaches, ages 6-14, 8:30-11:30 am, $195 - This co-ed camp is a fun-filled, action-packed experience for youth basketball players. Players will learn the fundamentals of basketball such as passing, dribbling, and shooting. The CAL coaches will instruct and improve the athlete’s overall skill level as well as help boost their confidence on and off the court. Athletes will be placed in small groups based on their skill level so they can be challenged by their peers and receive the attention they deserve from each coach. This camp is great for beginner and intermediate-level players and is an experience you won’t want to miss! Campers should wear sneakers and bring a water bottle.
Afternoon Adventures Camp Staff, ages 4-13, 11:30 am-3:30pm, $125 - Each day will be a variety of activities, some of which may include - outdoor games, indoor games, crafts, computer time, reading/writing, and quiet time/recuperation time (after the sports camps). All campers should bring a water bottle, packed lunch, and afternoon snack.This camp is available only to those who are attending a morning camp during the week of June 17-21

Craft Creations - Mrs. Michelle Lapp, Dock Staff, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - A variety of colors, materials and imagination will help your child come home with many keepsakes. Make your own stepping stones, grass head plant, birdseed ornaments and much more fun crafts!
Exploration with STEM - Mr. Matthew Speck, Dock Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - STEM/STEAM brings Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) to children in a fun and challenging way. This camp will build upon their natural curiosity by teaching engineering concepts through hands-on learning.

Crazy About Camping - Miss Theodora Bevan-Xenelis, Dock Substitute, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - Camping week will be as close to camping as we can get! We will have nature scavenger hunt days, "fireside" story time, crafts and treats like baking smores, making lanterns, and lots of time playing outdoor camp games. Campers will be put into groups according to their "tents" which they will name on their first day. Throughout the week, groups will take part in different activities together. There will be lots of time for campers to do activities as a whole group and not just with their tents as well. Fireside story time will take place every day with a new story around a decorative fire in the room. During this time, campers can enjoy a camp snack we made together, or work on a camp craft that will be available throughout the day. This is a great camp for any camper who loves the outdoors, and wants to go camping!
Young Writer's Workshop - Mrs. Lauren Speck, Dock Staff, ages 10-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - Spend the week developing your writing skills in a relaxed environment. Campers will sample a variety of creative writing forms and have the chance to craft their own poems, short stories, satirical articles, and more! Utilizing the beautiful school grounds, students will write under a canopy of trees. We’ll also have the chance to make our paper to collect our treasured writing.

Crafts Galore - Ms. Jessie Hophan, Teacher MCIU, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $75 - Popsicle sticks, pom poms, ribbons, and more! In this camp, students will explore the colorful world of crafts working on their fine motor skills while making beautiful pieces of art to display around the house.
All Around the World - Mrs. Cheryl Kulp, Dock Alum and Teacher, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $75 - Campers will travel the world and learn about Mexico, China, and Russia. Each day we will do crafts, cook food, play games, and read stories from a different country.
Crafting Music - Mrs. Hannah Yu, Dock Piano Teacher, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $75 - We will have fun & creative time together by learning to play familiar songs on xylophones and by making & decorating our own miniature piano & various percussion instruments. Cooking Crazies - Mrs. Michelle Lapp, Dock Staff, ages 7-10, 8:30-11:30 am, $85 - Do you enjoy cooking? Would you like to learn how to make your favorite foods? In this camp we will learn how to read recipes, measure ingredients, and cook some awesome food! A $10 material fee has been added to this camp.
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) - Miss Theodora Bevan- Xenelis, Dock Substitute Teacher, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $85 - Students will have the opportunity to explore through hands-on activities to broaden their understanding of Science, Engineering, Math, and Art. Students will be challenged to think outside the box to create new things and solve any problems that arise. This camp will strengthen your child’s curiosity to figure out how things work. A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.
K’NEX Vehicle STEM Exploration - Mr. Tim Keller, Dock Faculty, ages 7-10, 8:30 am-11:30 am, $105 - Using K’NEX, The set includes 130+ parts for a single child or team of 2 children to build 7 vehicle models with different power sources, including push-power, rubber band power, wind power or a spring motor. Students will learn about potential & kinetic energy, velocity, acceleration, motion, graphing, and more! A $30 fee is included for an engineering kit that campers will take home at the end of the camp week.
Upward Adventure Games Camp - Upward Coaches, ages 8-10, 8:30-11:30 am, $125 - Many local families know Upward through their Basketball and Flag Football leagues. Now we invite you to join us for some great Summer Camp fun! Sign up for Adventure Games Camp and have a blast playing outdoor games like Capture the Flag, Manhunt, Mission Impossible, and water games. We’ll also have indoor options in case of bad weather or high heat, such as Dodgeball, obstacle courses, laser tag, and more. We’ll also use our time this week to build character and help young campers make good decisions—because Upward knows that life is more than a game. Campers should wear sneakers and bring a water bottle and a change of clothes.

Christmas in July - Mrs. Cheryl Kulp, Dock Alum and Teacher, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - Christmas in July consists of all things Christmas! Cookie decorating, making fake snow to play with, frozen hot cocoa, and paper gingerbread house decorating are just a few of our activities. Each day we will read Christmas stories, playing Christmas-themed games, and listening to Christmas music, and so much more. Campers will enjoy lots of Christmas-themed crafts and get to celebrate the season all over again. Campers who love baking, Christmas, and playing in the snow will love this camp!
Nature Exploration - Ms. Megan Derstine, Dock Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - Hiking, stream-stomping and bug-catching are a few of the key ingredients that will make this camp fun for all. Children have fun as they connect with nature and build upon skills and knowledge. We will guide your children in hands-on nature exploration and investigation, games, crafts, hikes and more. Your child’s favorite summer memories await!
Sports, Sports, & More Sports - Miss Theodora Bevan- Xenelis, Dock Substitute Teacher, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - In this camp, students will learn the rules and techniques of popular sports. They will explore games from different cultures and countries. So let's get out there and play!
Two Week theatre Camp: Jungle Book, junior edition - Mrs. Sam Brannon and Mrs. Kim Bergey, Dock Faculty, ages 7-12, July 8-12 and July 15-19/ AM (2 full days on July 18, 19), 8:30-11:30am, $300 - Do you love to perform skits, act, sing, or put on a play for your family? This is a unique opportunity for your students to participate in a production of Jungle Book junior edition. IMPORTANT- you must commit to this camp for BOTH weeks with the last two days (July 18, 19) being full days (8:30 am to 3:30 pm) for rehearsal and the show itself. Students will be cast into certain roles and learn their lines, the dances, and the whole play. The performance will be free for all to attend. A free final performance will be held on July 19th on the last day of camp. There will be a $50 upcharge for this camp to cover scripts, props, and anything else needed for an amazing performance. The total cost of this camp will be $300.
Moving Creations K’NEX - Mr. Tim Keller, Dock Faculty, ages 10-12, 8:30-11:30am, $165 - Using K’NEX, we will investigate the difference between pneumatic builds and hydraulic builds. Each camper will leave camp with 9 different models and 18 experiments. These investigations will use engineering and hands-on activities to increase a camper's knowledge in the field of STEM. A $40 fee is included for an engineering kit that campers will take home at the end of the camp week.

Nature is All Around Us - Mrs. Christine Dando, Dock Faculty, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - Do you enjoy being outside and finding beauty in the world? Be a part of Nature Exploration Camp. This camp will include many nature-related activities as well as just having fun! We will explore different ways to use nature in crafting such as leaf art, sun prints, and stick people. We will also spend time outside enjoying the summer weather by playing games and taking time to enjoy the sights and sounds that the outside brings. Additionally, we will discover scripture verses that have nature-related imagery to grow our understanding of nature as part of God’s creation. Finally, we will work together on a group created to display the beauty of nature.
Come Craft with Us! Ms. Megan Derstine, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - Let’s spend the week getting creative and exploring 3D art, each day we will learn to make new and exciting crafts together. A whole week of creating our own fun!!!
Dinosaurs - Ms. Jessie Hophan, Teacher MCIU, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - Kids will go on an adventure, back in time to when dinosaurs roamed. They will explore fossils, geology, types of dinosaurs, and so much more. Hop on this jeep excursion to discover the world of long ago.
Boards, Cards, Dominoes, & More! Ms. Theodora Bevan- Xenelis, ages 7 - 12, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - Students will have the opportunity to create their own game as well as explore so new, exciting games. Strategy, decision-making, and quickness are just a few of the skills students will learn during this energetic camp.
Crochet Craze - Miss Casey Harper, Dock Faculty, ages 7 - 12, 8:30-11:30am, $135 - Have you been wanting to learn how to make your own blanket? Hat? Stuffed animals? Or more? Then, camp Crochet Craze is the perfect place to learn! Campers will be taught the basics of crochet, discover different patterns, and create a project of their own. A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.

Upward Flag Football Camp - Upward Coaches, ages 8-10, 8:30-11:30am, $200 - If you are familiar with our Upward Flag Football League, you know the emphasis is always on FUN. We will take the same approach with our Upward Flag Football Camp—but that doesn’t mean we aren’t serious about improving your skills as a player. You will receive skills training at every position, with extra development in your favorite areas. Afternoon Adventures Camp Staff, ages 4-13, 11:30am-3:30pm, $125 - Each day will be a variety of activities, some of which may include - outdoor games, indoor games, crafts, computer time, reading/writing, and quiet time/recuperation time (after the sports camps). Seuss Spectacular - Ms. Casey Harper, Dock Alum, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - Sneetches and Horton and Whos, Oh My! It’ll be a rhyming good week exploring all that Dr. Seuss has to offer! Every day, campers will hear a different Dr. Seuss book and embark on a wild adventure. Activities may include scavenger hunts, Seuss crafts, puppets—the list goes on and on…
Olympics Are Coming to Dock! - Mr. Jake Krahianzel, Dock Student Teacher, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $125- This summer is a year for the Summer Olympics. Torch, Eternal Flame, several different countries, and Olympic events will run during the week. Students have the opportunity to learn about how to compete in the Olympics as well as explore the amazing skill it takes to become a Gold medalist!
Kids Can Cook! - Ms. Megan Derstine, Dock Faculty, ages 4 - 6 , 8:30-11:30am, $135 - Can you say spatula? Bring your chef’s hat and apron for cooking at camp this week! Time will be spent learning how to use various kitchen utensils and equipment. Campers will experiment with different foods and walk away with fabulous creations! A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.

Students will engage in interactive games, memory games, strategic games, and so much more. They will build connections, learn how to play existing games, and even get a chance to make their own games. We encourage the “everyone plays… everyone wins” philosophy so whenever possible we do not keep score, change the rules, but most importantly have fun!
Crafting Music - Mrs. Hannah Yu, Dock Piano Teacher, ages 7 - 12, 8:30-11:30am, $125 - We will have fun & creative time together by learning to play familiar songs on xylophones and by making & decorating our own miniature piano & various percussion instruments. All will love their instruments and enjoy making music together!
Upward Flag Football Camp - Upward Coaches, ages 11 - 14, 8:30-11:30am, $200 - If you are familiar with our Upward Flag Football league, you know the emphasis is always on FUN. We will take the same approach with our Upward Flag Football Camp—but that doesn’t mean we aren’t serious about improving your skills as a player. You will receive skills training at every position, with extra development in your favorite areas. Coach Kirby King has been a Dock Varsity Coach for over 20 years and and Coach Logan Hunsberger is a Dock Volleyball Alum who played at a high level in college.
