Let's Go Camping! Ms. Laura Almond, Dock Staff, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Have you ever been camping? This is great for children who have camped before and for those who have never been camping! Bringing the experience to them! We will be going on a nature walk, making natural creations, flashlight reading and so much more.
Creation Station - Ms. Megan Derstine, Dock Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Let’s get creative! Let your imagination run wild as we create crafts together. We will also be building with Legos, K’NEX, blocks, and lots more!
STEAM/ Science - Mrs. Christine Dando, Dock Alum & Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $120 - Students will have the opportunity to explore through hands on activities to broaden their understanding of Science, Engineering, Math, and Art. Students will be challenged to think outside the box to create new things and solve any problems that arise. This camp will strengthen your child’s curiosity to figure out how things work. A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.
Disney Fun - Ms. Jessie Hophan, Teacher MCIU, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - We will be doing many crafts and activities from many different Disney movies. Some activities for this week include: sing along, melting Elsa's ice, Moana boats, and q-tip art.
Once Upon a Time - Mrs. Rachael Grim, Dock Faculty, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Let's journey to a faraway place in a faraway land. Join us in exploring some of our favorite adventures, heroes, fairytales, and mystical stories. We will explore enchanted themes such as generosity, integrity, honesty, courage, and more. We will also spend some time each day reading, writing, and exploring through art, drama, and music. Looking forward to seeing where your creativity, inspiration, and innovative imagination will take us!
Game Time - Ms. Theodora Bevan- Xenelis, Dock Substitute, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Let's master new games! Students will engage in interactive games, memory games, strategic games, and so much more. They will build connections, learn how to play existing games, and even get a chance to make their own new games. We encourage the “everyone plays… everyone wins” philosophy so whenever possible we do not keep score, change the rules, but most importantly have fun!
Listen to Your Art - Mrs. Lauren Speck, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Spend the week building, coloring, crafting, and collaging! Each day, we will get messy & design our own masterpieces. Campers will have the chance to create salt paintings, make Play-Doh, melt crayons on canvas, produce 3-D collages, construct popsicle stick bird feeders, design bracelets & keychains, and much more!
Sewing - Mrs. Nicole Rossi, Dock Staff, ages 9-13, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Campers will learn basic hand sewing skills to create string bags, pillows, and more. If you enjoy working with your hands, this camp is for you!
CAL Sports Coed Basketball CAL Sports Coaches, ages 6-14, 8:30-11:30 am, $195 - This co-ed camp is a fun-filled, action-packed experience for youth basketball players. Players will learn the fundamentals of basketball such as passing, dribbling, and shooting. The CAL coaches will instruct and improve the athlete’s overall skill level as well as help boost their confidence on and off the court. Athletes will be placed in small groups based on their skill level so they can be challenged by their peers and receive the attention they deserve from each coach. This camp is great for beginner and intermediate-level players and is an experience you won’t want to miss! Campers should wear sneakers and bring a water bottle.
Afternoon Adventures Camp Staff, ages 4-13, 11:30 am-3:30pm, $110 - Each day will be a variety of activities, some of which may include - outdoor games, indoor games, crafts, computer time, reading/writing, and quiet time/recuperation time (after the sports camps). All campers should bring a water bottle, packed lunch, and afternoon snack.

Travelin' through the U.S. - Ms. Laura Almond, Dock Staff, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - We're going on a road trip! How many states can we visit in a week? Buckle up, it's going to be an awesome adventure!
The Circus is Coming! Ms. Megan Derstine, Dock Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - The circus is coming to town! Campers will be engaged in a variety of activities and crafts based on the circus theme. There will be many laughs to be shared, books to read, and fun to be had!
Out of This World - Ms. Jessie Hophan, Teacher MCIU, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Stars, planets, the moon, rockets, and astronauts will be explored this week. We will be making galaxy dough and space themed snacks. We will do science activities like dancing color planets and fizzy moon rocks. This week will be out of this world so please come and join us.

Then camp crochet craze is the perfect place to learn! Campers will be taught the basics of crochet, discover different patterns, and create a project of their own. A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.
Listen to Your Art - Mrs. Lauren Speck, ages 7-12, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - Spend the week coloring, crafting, sculpting & painting! Each day, we will get messy & design our own masterpieces. Campers will have the chance to mold & paint salt dough sculptures, bring literary devices to life through cartoons, make our own galaxy in a jar, paint seashells, design a nature suncatcher, watercolor leaf prints, and much more!
Crafting Music - Mrs. Hannah Yu, Dock Piano Teacher, ages 7-10, 8:30-11:30 am, $110 - We will have fun & creative time together by learning to play familiar songs on xylophones and by making & decorating our own miniature piano & various percussion instruments. Kids can Cook! Ms. Megan Derstine, Dock Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $76 - Can you say spatula? Bring your chef’s hat and apron for cooking at camp this week! Time will be spent learning how to use various kitchen utensils and equipment. Campers will experiment with different foods and walk away with fabulous creations! A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.
3-2-1 Blast Off! - Mrs. Cheryl Kulp, Dock Alum and Teacher, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30 am, $66 - Spend a week with us exploring outer space through books, crafts, hands-on activities, and more!

Camping - Ms. Makenna Rodriguez, Dock Alum, ages 7-10, 8:30-11:30 am, $66 - Camping week will be as close to camping as we can get! We will have nature scavenger hunt days, "fireside" story time, crafts and treats like baking smores, making lanterns, and lots of time playing outdoor camp games. Campers will be put into groups according to their "tents" which they will name on their first day. Throughout the week, groups will take part in different activities together. There will be lots of time for campers to do activities as a whole group and not just with their tents as well. Fireside story time will take place every day with a new story around a decorative fire in the room. During this time, campers can enjoy a camp snack we made together, or work on a camp craft that will be available throughout the day. This is a great camp for any camper who loves the outdoors, and wants to go camping!

We’ll also use our time this week to build character and help young campers make good decisions—because life is more than a game. Campers should wear sneakers and bring a water bottle.

Let's Go to the Zoo - Ms. Laura Almond, Dock Staff, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30am, $110 - Let's take a trip to the zoo! Have you ever been to a zoo? Which animals are your favorites? This week, we will spend our time learning about different animals and their life at the zoo.
Exploration with STEM/STEAM - Ms. Megan Derstine, Dock Faculty, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30am, $120 - STEM/STEAM brings Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), and Art (STEAM) to children in a fun and challenging way. This camp will build upon their natural curiosity by teaching engineering concepts through hands-on learning. A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.
Around the World - Mrs. Cheryl Kulp, Dock Alum and Teacher, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30am, $110 - Campers will travel the world and learn about Mexico, China, France, Kenya, and Russia. Each day we will do crafts, cook food, play games, and read stories from a different country.
The World of Eric Carle - Ms. Casey Harper, Dock Alum, ages 4-6, 8:30-11:30am, $110 - There’s no better way to learn about an author than by becoming one yourself! Campers will participate in many different activities surrounding Eric Carle’s books. They will read his many creative stories, create a book of their own, and immerse themselves into his unique style of art! Plenty of games and crafts will also be included in this fun, creative camp.
Nature Exploration - Mrs. Sarah Garges, Dock Faculty, ages 7-10, 8:30-11:30am, $110 - Do you enjoy being outside and finding beauty in the world? Be a part of Nature Exploration Camp. This camp will include many nature-related activities as well as just having fun! We will explore different ways to use nature in crafting such as leaf art, sun prints, and stick people. We will also spend time outside enjoying the summer weather by playing games and taking time to enjoy the sights and sounds that the outside brings. Additionally, we will discover scripture verses that have nature-related imagery to grow our understanding of nature as part of God’s creation. Finally, we will work together on a group created to display the beauty of nature.

Every day, campers will hear a different Dr. Seuss book and embark on a wild adventure. Activities may include scavenger hunts, Seuss crafts, puppets—the list goes on and on…
Come Craft with Us! Ms. Megan Derstine, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $110 - Let’s spend the week getting creative and exploring 3D art, each day we will learn to make new and exciting crafts together. A whole week of creating our own fun!!!

Christmas in July - Ms. Makenna Rodriguez, Dock Alum, ages 7 - 10, 8:30-11:30am, $150 - Christmas in July consists of all things Christmas! Cookie decorating, making fake snow to play with, frozen hot cocoa, and gingerbread house decorating are just a few of our activities. Each day will have a specific Christmas theme, like cookie baking day, white Christmas, ugly sweater making day, gingerbread house competitions, and so much more. Campers will enjoy lots of Christmas-themed crafts and get to celebrate the season all over again. Campers who love baking, Christmas, and playing in the snow will love this camp! Cooking Around the World - Ms. Casey Harper, Dock Alum, ages 7 - 12, 8:30-11:30am, $120 - Calling all cooks! This summer camp will transport you to kitchens all over the world! Campers will learn how to cook various dishes from all areas of the world. Each day will focus on a different country and its diverse culture. Students will also create a cookbook of their own with the fun recipes they will learn. A $10 materials fee has been added to the price of this camp.
Upward Flag Football Camp - Upward Camp Staff, ages 8-10, 8:30-11:30am, $200 - If you are familiar with our Upward Flag Football league, you know the emphasis is always on FUN. We will take the same approach with our Upward Flag Football Camp—but that doesn’t mean we aren’t serious about improving your skills as a player. You will receive skills training at every position, with extra development in your favorite areas. We’ll end every camp day with scrimmages and games that will put what you’ve learned into practice. We’ll also use our time this week to build character and help young players make good decisions on and off the field—because life is more than a game. Campers should wear sneakers, bring cleats (optional), and a water bottle.
Afternoon Adventures Camp Staff, ages 4-13, 11:30am-3:30pm, $110 - Each day will be a variety of activities, some of which may include - outdoor games, indoor games, crafts, computer time, reading/writing, and quiet time/recuperation time (after the sports camps). All campers should bring a water bottle, packed lunch, and afternoon snack.

Creation Station - Ms. Megan Derstine, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $110 - Let’s get creative! Let your imagination run wild as we create crafts together. We will also be building with Legos, K’NEX, blocks, and lots more!
Fairytale Fantasy - Ms. Jessie Hophan, Teacher MCIU, ages 4 - 6, 8:30-11:30am, $110- We will be reading and exploring famous fairy tales. Some included fairy tales are The 3 Little Pigs, Goldilocks And The 3 Bears, The Princess And The Pea and Jack And The Beanstalk.
STREAM - Ms. Theodora Bevan- Xenelis, ages 7 - 10, 8:30-11:30am, $120 - Students will have the opportunity to explore through hands on activities to broaden their understanding of Science, Engineering, Math, and Art. Students will be challenged to think outside the box to create new things and solve any problems that arise. This camp will strengthen your child’s curiosity to figure out how things work. Land, Water, and Air - Mrs. Kathleen Taylor, Dock Faculty, ages 7 - 10, 8:30-11:30am, $110 - Come and join us as we explore the Land, Sea and Air through STEM projects and experiments. Explore bubbles, make fliers and parachutes. Create sea vessels and create vehicles to move across the land, in the water, and in the air!

Cookie decorating, making fake snow to play with, frozen hot cocoa, and gingerbread house decorating are just a few of our activities. Each day will have a specific Christmas theme, like cookie baking day, white Christmas, ugly sweater making day, gingerbread house competitions, and so much more. Campers will enjoy lots of Christmas-themed crafts and get to celebrate the season all over again. Campers who love baking, Christmas, and playing in the snow will love this camp!
