AES Engineers Scholarship - The consulting firm of AES Engineers is committed to continuing its support of higher education by providing scholarships to deserving students. This award is available to all students, regardless of their field of study. To be eligible, the student needs to answer the essay questions found on our site at http://www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.htm. The scholarship will be awarded based on character, as determined by evaluating the essays that are submitted. Amount of award: $500.00. The deadline for entry is October 8, 2022.
Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities.150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship. The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation's College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities. For more information and to

Appelley Publishing Student Poetry Contest – Students in all grades are eligible to win! A $500 First Place Prize is awarded in each grade division (3-5, 6-8, 9-12). Mail-in applications are available in the Guidance Office. The mailing deadline is November 18, 2022. Online entries may be submitted through November 23, 2022 at www.appelley.org.
The National Honor Society Scholarship is available for senior NHS members in good standing. A total of 600 scholarships will be awarded this year, including the top scholarship of $25,000! Certa Law Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Scholarship is a $1000 scholarship open to any high school student whose life has been altered by a bodily injury from an automotive or pedestrian accident, either their own injury, or that of a loved one or an influential individual. FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education) Free Speech Essay Contest – The mission of FIRE is to defend and sustain individual rights at America’s colleges and universities. The contest is open to juniors and seniors. Prizes range from $500 to $10,000. For more information, visit

GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program – High school seniors nationwide who demonstrate leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship are invited to apply. This program annually provides college-bound students with $10,000 renewable scholarships – up to $40,000 total. For more

Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program Essay Contest – More than $140,000 in assistance awarded each year to college-bound students around the globe. Scholarships are based solely on a 550-word essay explaining your academic and professional goals and how your personal experiences will help you accomplish these goals. EMU (Eastern Mennonite University) Departmental Scholarships – Scholarships up to $5,000 per year are available for incoming admitted students in specific academic and extracurricular programs. Each opportunity has a unique application process including an interview/audition with a faculty member. The Union Plus Scholarship Program offers scholarships to the children of current and retired members of participating unions. Applicants are evaluated according to academic ability, social awareness, financial need, and appreciation of labor. The application includes an essay, and a GPA of 3.0 or higher is recommended. National Society Daughters of the American Revolution – All applicants must be citizens of the United States and must attend or plan to attend an accredited college or university in the United States. The Discover Student Loans Scholarship Award Sweepstakes is giving away $5000 each month this year to eligible high school students! For more information and to enter, visit https://scholarship.collegecovered.com/. Sweepstakes run through January 31, 2023.
National Federation of Press Women (NFPW) High School Journalism Contest is a two- tiered contest for Pennsylvania high school students, with first-place winners moving on to competition at the national level. Entries must have been professional published/produced by a school or professional

MCC High School Essay and Video Contest - Calling all high school students! Mennonite Central Committee's annual essay and video contest is now open. Prizes of $250 will be awarded for the top essay and the top video. Students are invited to examine one of these three topics: climate change,

The Coolidge Scholarship – A full-ride scholarship that covers a student’s tuition, room, board, and expenses for four years of undergraduate study. Unlike other top scholarships, the Coolidge can be used by recipients at any accredited U.S. college or university. Any high school junior who
plans to enroll in college in the fall of 2024 and is an American citizen or legal permanent resident is eligible to apply. More information, including the application, is available at https://coolidgescholars.org/. The deadline to apply is February 23rd.
Everence College Scholarship – Eligible students can be chosen to receive a $1000 scholarship from their local Everence office. Students or parents must own or be using an Everence product to qualify. For more information and to apply, visit https://www.everence.com/scholarship. Applications are due February 28th.
The Doris S. Heilemann Scholarship is offered to a Dock student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or the equivalent. This is a needs-based, four-year scholarship. A typical recipient may receive between $10,000 and $15,000 per year for tuition, totaling between$40,000 and $60,000 over a four-year period. Please contact the Guidance Office for additional information and an application. The application is due March 1st.
Anna M. Vincent Scholarship – A $1000 - $5000 grant renewable up to five years. To qualify, students need to be worthy of financial assistance; of high scholastic standing and character, a resident of the surrounding Philadelphia area. Samuel A. Green Scholarship Program (SAG) – Firstrust Bank annually awards scholarships to aspiring, college-bound high school seniors in our community. This year’s winners will receive between $2,500 and $10,000. The SAG program was created in memory of their founder, who believed in

Flavorful Futures Scholarship sponsored by Sparkling Ice® awards five $5000 scholarships to eligible high school students who are planning their bright and colorful futures. North Penn Area Scholarship Fund Association (NPASFA) – Scholarships for students who live within the North Penn School District boundaries. Applications are due March 1st.
PPL Foundation: Powering a Brighter Future Scholarship Program – This scholarship program aims to advance diversity, equity and inclusion and attract more women and minorities to careers in engineering, information technology, and tech and trade roles. Individuals pursuing degrees in

Herb it Forward Scholarship – The Herb it Forward Foundation (HIFF) offers this renewable scholarship to students who, despite growing up in challenging environments, have an incredibly optimistic experience, a desire to help others, and a passion for giving back to their communities.

Valley Forge Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Scholarship is available to minority students residing in Bucks, Chester and Montgomery Counties. Apply online at https://www.dstvalleyforge.org/beta/scholarships/. Applications are due by March 12, 2023.
Horatio Alger Association Scholarships – These scholarships are available to high school juniors. The program seeks to provide financial assistance to students who have significant financial need and have exhibited integrity and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity. Rotary Club of Souderton-Telford Business, Arts, and Humanities Scholarship – This one- time monetary award of at least $2000 will be awarded to a local high school senior who has a focused interest in and plans to pursue college/university level study in one of the following fields: Economics, Business, Art, Journalism, Communications, World Language, English and Literature, or Social Studies. Stop by the Guidance Office for more information. Due March 20, 2023.
Rotary Club of Souderton-Telford STEM Scholarship – This one-time monetary award of at least $2000 will be awarded to a local high school senior who plans to study science, engineering, mathematics, or technology at a 4-year college or university, and then pursue a career in a field that has a focus on one of these fields. Stop by the Guidance Office for more information. Due March 20, 2023.
The Rotary Clubs of District 7430 Four-Way Test Speech Contest - High school students, grades 9 through 12 are eligible to participate. Each contestant chooses the topic of his/her speech. The purpose of the speech is to persuade others while applying the principles of the Rotary 4-Way Test.
Local Rotary Club winners proceed to a regional contest, and those winners compete in the district final held at the District Annual Convention. Cash prizes are awarded at all levels. For more information, contact the Guidance Office. The deadline to participate is March 22, 2023.
The College Prep Scholars Program provides scholarships and awards for outstanding high school juniors from low-income backgrounds. Find out if you are eligible and apply at https://www.questbridge.org. Due March 22, 2023.
College Raptor is a college search tool that offers a $2500 scholarship opportunity to help students take a thoughtful approach to the college decision process and pay for college. For more information and to apply, visit www.CollegeRaptor.com/2500. The application deadline is March 31, 2023.
The Officer William Chapman Memorial Scholarship – Four $1000 scholarships will be awarded to qualifying applicants seeking a degree in a public service-oriented field, such as criminal justice, law, education, social work, or medicine. Care & Share Thrift Shoppes Student Volunteer Scholarship – A $500 scholarship towards a college or other continuing education program after high school. You must have 75 or more documented hours from a registered 501c3 charity in a recent calendar year and reside in Bucks or Montgomery County. Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program – Scholarship recipients will be selected on the basis of “well-rounded” character: positive academic record, demonstrated leadership, commitment to school and community activities, and experience in a work environment. The Ronald Wm. Livers Made for Greatness Scholarship Fund, Inc. was established in memory of the late Ronald William Livers to provide financial support to high school seniors residing in Montgomery County who will be pursuing post-secondary education. Gettysburg College Third Annual Georges Lieber Essay Contest on Resistance – The Jewish Studies Committee sponsors an essay contest in memory of Georges Lieber, who was murdered by the Nazis for being part of the French resistance during World War II. All high school students are eligible. Prizes of up to $1000 will be given to the winners. In your essay, please articulate an issue on or of resistance that you have encountered in your life. The R.O.S.E Scholar Scholarship (Recognizing Opportunities for Service and Education) is awarded to a student who is a graduating high school senior with a minimum 3.2 grade point average, on a 4.0 scale. The applicant must exemplify exceptional community service involvement and reside in and attend school in Bucks or Montgomery Counties. The W. Gordon and Natalie E. Dunning Scholarship Fund was established to give financial assistance to students in Bucks and Montgomery Counties who are pursuing a degree in either education or medicine. For more information and to apply, visit https://smr.to/p84583. Due April 29, 2023.
Pureland Supply, a local company based in Kennet Square, offers a $500 scholarship to students who have been accepted to an accredited trade school, vocational college, technical school, or community college for the study of trade, craft, or labor occupations. Recipients are chosen on

The SeniorCare.com Aging Matters Scholarship is a $1500 scholarship given annually to a selected college student who currently cares for an aging loved one, works within the senior community, or intends to pursue a career that will have an impact on the elder population. Vanessa L. Myers Women in STEM Alumnus Scholarship – Endowed by Vanessa L. Myers, this fund provides a $1000 scholarship to a female graduating senior of Dock Mennonite Academy who is entering a field related to Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM fields). Daniel J. Reinford Scholarship – The Daniel J. Reinford Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors who will be attending a Mennonite college or university. It is based on financial need, grades, and contribution to campus life. Contact the Guidance Office for an application. The deadline to apply is May 17, 2023.
Travis Bechtel Memorial Scholarship – The Travis Bechtel Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by Baum, Smith & Clemens, LLP in memory of Travis Bechtel, a 1991 Dock graduate who passed away in June of 2002 from cancer. Travis worked at Baum, Smith & Clemens for 6 years. The courage and character Travis showed in dealing with his illness while continuing to progress professionally and maintain friendships was an unforgettable inspiration to all the company’s staff. This $1000 scholarship is awarded to a senior planning to major in business who excels in the three areas in which Travis had interest: academics, athletics, and business. Harleysville Rotary Club & Janke Family Scholarship – A $750 scholarship is awarded annually to a Dock senior, based on their essay of how the Four-Way Test of Rotary has impacted their life. Please contact the Guidance Office for more information. The deadline to apply is May 17, 2023.
The B. Davis Scholarship is an annual scholarship sponsored by Student Award Search Aid. This scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors, as well as all students currently registered in any post-secondary institution. To apply, you will need to write an essay. The Triple-Impact Competitor Scholarship is available for high school JUNIOR student athletes. You could win $500-$2000! Sponsored by the Positive Coaching Alliance, this scholarship asks student athletes to identify the way they work to improve themselves, their teammates, and the sport as a whole. 2022 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards – Teens in grades 7-12 from public, private, or home schools can apply in 29 categories of art and writing for a chance to earn scholarships and have their works exhibited and published. Pennsylvania American Legion Scholarships – The American Legion’s Commission on Children and Youth seeks to provide opportunities for young people to succeed. Maurice Neinken Scholarship Fund – Scholarships to students with financial needs whose families have a historical connection to the garment manufacturing industry in Upper Bucks or Eastern Montgomery County – primarily the Quakertown, Pennridge, Palisades, and Souderton School District
regions. Students should apply through their school guidance departments or call the Foundation at 215-997-8566 for an application. There is a rolling deadline for this scholarship.
PA Media & Design Competition - This annual event highlights Pennsylvania school students' application skills and computer knowledge. Students can unleash their creativity, learn how to convey information more dynamically, and enhance the learning process. The competition is open to all students in grades 9-12. The United Steel Workers Hugh Carcella Scholarship – ($1,000 per year) Applicants must be the son, daughter, or legal ward of a member of the United Steelworkers, District 10 (Eastern) in good standing with the Local Union participating in the Scholarship Program; or the son, daughter, or legal ward of a disabled, old age retiree, or deceased member of an affiliated local union who was in good standing with the United Steelworkers at the time of their retirement.
